Product and Service Statement

All prices include delivery and installation unless stated otherwise.  Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location. The removal of balloons is not included. Puffed Up will pick up arches and frames once your event is complete.  

PRODUCT and SERVICE STATEMENT

Puffed Up cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons.  Balloons are temporary and occasionally deflate sooner than expected due to adverse conditions such as sun, wind, rain, and grabbing the darn things.  

We may need to work with you to change an installation plan based on these factors to ensure the best interest of your event.  

DEPOSITS and FINAL PAYMENT

We require 50% of your total as a deposit.  Final payment is due at the time services are rendered or balloons are picked up.
